GB runners visit

Charlotte Purdue (nee Mason), former Longridge student and GB runner, visited today. She spent time working with Sports Scholars, sharing her experiences and inspiring the next generation of athletes.

Charlotte spoke about her journey from school sports to competing at the highest level, including her experiences at major championships and the dedication required to succeed in elite athletics.

The Sports Scholars had the opportunity to ask questions about training regimes, competition preparation, and balancing athletics with other aspects of life. Charlotte’s honest and encouraging responses provided valuable insights for our aspiring athletes.
